The Charlotte Bobcats want a little more from their rookies
The Bobcats drafted two forwards last season and the results were mixed. Jared Dudley got some playing time in the 2nd half of the season and he played pretty well. He played in 73 games (14 starts) for the Bobcats this season and he averaged 19.0 minutes, 5.8 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game. With veterans ahead of him the Bobcats just hope that Dudley can continue to contribute off the bench.
Jermareo Davidson wasn’t near as good as Dudley was this season. He played in 38 games (2 starts) for the Bobcats last season and he averaged 8.5 minutes, 3.2 points, 1.6 rebounds and 0.3 assists per game. Don’t look for Davidson to get big minutes for the Bobcats any time soon.
