The Bobcats were outrebounded last night 55-39 and it killed them. Gerald Wallace led the way for the Kings with 25 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals. Raymond Felton had a solid game with 16 points, 7 assists and 3 steals. Emeka Okafor was tough in the paint with 13 points and 15 rebounds. The Bobcats are now 18-28 on the season.

The Bobcats shot 56.7% from the floor as a team on Monday Night and that helped them win the game. Gerald Wallace led the way for the Bobcats with 23 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 3 steals. Jason Richardson also had a solid night with 20 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists. Emeka Okafor pitched in with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. The Bobcats came out flat in the 3rd quarter as the Sixers outscored them 33-16 which was a big key to the Bobcats loss last night. Jason Richardson led the way for the Bobcats with 35 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals. Gerald Wallace only shot 4 of 17 from the floor but he still finished with 20 points, 3 rebounds and 10 assists. Emeka Okafor was outstanding near the basket with 17 points and 16 rebounds. The Bobcats fell to 17-27 on the season with this loss.

The Bobcats took care of the injury depleted Bulls in Chicago last night. Gerald Wallace led the way for the Bobcats with 21 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. Emeka Okafor had a monster game with 21 points, 16 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 blocked shots. Matt Carroll pitched in with 12 points and 3 rebounds off of the bench. The Bobcats played hard last night but it just wasn’t enough to beat the Mavericks. Jason Richardson only shot 6 for 17 from the floor but he still finished up with 22 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Gerald Wallace had another outstanding game with 22 points, 11 rebounds and 3 steals. Emeka Okafor provided the muscle for the Bobcats with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Jason Richardson was outstanding tonight as he scored 38 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, dished out 4 assists and blocked 3 shots. Gerald Wallace also stuffed the stat sheet with 28 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 7 steals. The Bobcats improved to 16-24 on the season with this win.

The Bobcats never had a chance in the game last night as they were behind 90-62 after three quarters of play. The Bobcats played absolutely no defense as the Hornets shot an amazing 60.3% from the floor! Emeka Okafor led the way for the Bobcats with 13 points and 7 rebounds. Jason Richardson had a rough game as he only hit 5 of 17 shots from the floor. Richardson finished up with 12 points and 3 assists. Gerald Wallace also had a off game as he finished up with 12 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. The Bobcats are now 15-24 on the season after this loss.

Jason Richardson has fit in well for the Charlotte Bobcats so far

Jason Richardson has been as good as advertised for the Charlotte Bobcats as he is the second leading scorer on the team behind Gerald Wallace.  Richardson has played in 31 games so far this season for the Bobcats and he is averaging 36.1 minutes, 19.4 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.3 steals per game.  Richardson also has shot well from three point range as he’s hitting 45% from that distance despite hitting on 43.5% of his shots from the floor and 68.3% of this free throws.

The Charlotte Bobcats acquire Nazr Mohammed from the Pistons

The Bobcats really needed some muscle in the paint and they hope they have found it in center Nazr Mohammed. The Bobcats have acquired Mohammed from the Bobcats for center Primoz Brezec and forward Walter Herrmann. Mohammed has played in 9 games (5 starts) so far for the Bobcats and he is averaging 26.4 minutes, 10.7 points, 8.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.0 block per game. Mohammed has now played in 30 games (5 starts) for the Pistons and Bobcats this season and he is averaging 15.5 minutes, 5.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 0.6 assists per game.
