Coach Bernie Bickerstaff has taken a beating in his first two years as head coach of the expansion Bobcats. Bickerstaff has a record of 44-120 with the Bobcats, but the important thing is that he is teaching the kids the right way to play. Bickerstaff also serves as the team’s GM, and he’s done a fine job of bringing in young talent. The team could start to blossom this season. Bickerstaff has been a head coach now for 12 NBA seasons and has compiled a 381-463 record over those years. He will get that career record over .500 in Charlotte if he keeps adding talent as a GM the way he has the first 3 years!
